"NO one at UPS or this UPS store will except responsibility for the package not being delivered on the day I paid for it to be delivered. This store sold me a two day shipping for a very important package to be delivered. They charged me $40. When it didn't arrive to the destination it two days. I called the store and the representative told me I had to call UPS to get a refund. After calling UPS five times and being hung up on. I finally got through. UPS representative told me the package wasn't delivered to them until the day it was supposed to arrive at the destination. UPS said I had to get a refund from the store because they were responsible for shipping the package. Arsenol, the store owner, told me that they do not guarantee a two day delivery will arrive in two days. He told me my receipt says "there is no guarantee." That is not true. Nothing on my receipt says that. I didn't need a refund, I need the package delivered on time!"
