"Never been here but selected it based on tax services in area and reviews I read. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to have the experience of other reviews. I set an appointment for Wednesday on Sunday evening. Even received several reminders via email for the appointment leading up to it (today). I rushed out of work early to make it on time. The location is closed and lights are off. It's 4:00pm. I have no problem if the location had to close for any reason but it would've been great to receive a call or email telling me my appointment was cancelled or unavailable. Guess I'll have to try my luck elsewhere."
