"I would highly advise against using Mrs. Fowler as a guardian ad litem if given the choice. She drug out a case between my child’s father and I for a year that should’ve been very simple. He kept failing all his drug tests and she still couldn’t come up with a final decision. I was a single mother of 2 kids not receiving any child support and she kept taking money from us to do very minimal work. Finally the case ended due to my ex over dosing and passing away. After informing her he passed I was sent an additional invoice. I was told I had only paid $2,000 less than what I actually paid. I paid this money in cash so she was trying to say it was never paid. I had to go through all of my emails to find where I had emailed her assistant telling her I was bringing the payment in and she replied with a receipt of payment. I then asked for a full list of everything that was billed and compared with all records and receipts previously paid to her. Turns out we had over paid her. I asked for that money returned and was refused. She turned around and sent me yet another invoice and added more services and fees to try and substantiate her claims to even it out after realizing I had proof of the other $2,000 in cash I had paid. She takes advantage of every situation she can and will take as much money as she possibly can. She does not look out for the child’s best interest. Her only interest is money. With this being said she’s probably a good attorney to use since she is so sneaky and untrustworthy. However if there are children in your situation you are trying to protect DO NOT USE HER!"
