"Poor / no communication. Unable to give estimate of time to repair. Was asked to reserve a time slot three 3 weeks in advance. 4 days after dropping off, it still has not been estimated . Was told "we will get to it when we get to it. We are slammed". I'm paying for a rental. Why have me drop it off only to sit there for 4 days"
"Dropped off my car and these guys decided to call my insurance one week after dropping it. Took nearly THREE WEEKS…to fix the headlight of my car, some paint, dings and front bumper. High quote price for the repair and won’t even offer you a shuttle service ride. Long wait time. I’d rather take it to Carl Black which has better service than this joke place."
"My 3 week old 2022 BMW X5 was hit by a young driver and her insurance gave me the option of using Days Chevrolet. I was given Pablo as my service coordinator for all the repairs. I found him very professional and responsive. The work the Days team performed on my BMW was excellent and I could not have been more pleased with the result. The overall experience with Days was great and I would definitely recommend them if you need bodywork done from an accident. "A very shoddy and poorly done job. My vehicle has more problems now than when I dropped it off. The workmanship of the completed work looks like it was done in high school shop class. Communication was very difficult because nobody ever called when they said. You and your vehicle don't matter to them, only the insurance agent matters."
