"Went here based on the good reviews, made an online appt for 10 AM 12:30 PM my car had not been moved from where I parked. When I brought it to the attention of one of the women at the desk she was kind enough to check. There was a problem with a different car that couldn’t be moved. Instead of bringing it to my attention or the desk 2 1/2 hrs of nothing. My car was moved 1 1/2 hrs later still no car. I think they moved my car so I wouldn’t keep asking. 4 tires & an oil change I also wanted an alignment. By 2:20 PM I check again I need to leave by 2:30. I’m told there’s only the alignment left takes about 25 minutes. So I told them to forget about it. Now I have to go somewhere else for an alignment. I paid $770 for service with no compensation for my time being wasted. No offer of an extra discount to bring my car back for the alignment. It’s obvious they have so much business they don’t need mine. 4 1/2 hrs of my life I will never get back. I will take my car elsewhere for the alignment & although I had hopes to make this my one stop for car repair when it’s time for brakes I’ll go elsewhere."
"My experience was excellent! I came in with no appointment and they took me in quickly. I was in and out within an hour and a half! I received an alignment and two tire changes. I will definitely come back for all of my future repairs!"
"Scheduled an appointment for what I thought would be a tire repair. I did have a little wait. I appreciate the friendliness and honesty of the staff. Turned out my tires just needed a little air. They filled it up free of charge and sent me on my way. I will definitely come back here for any other needs I may have in the future."
"Who knew this was behind Home Depot? My sister told me to visit them, and I'm glad I did ☺️. Professional, yet personable staff and knowledgeable mechanics who made me feel at ease. I was helped by Sheldon & JD (who both deserve PROMOTIONS by the way). They answered all of my questions and were able to squeeze me in their already busy schedule. The company has a motto of "Saving People Money for Years" and they really did. I came with intent of getting an oil change, but was able to walk out with wipers and new tires. The facility was clean and the service time was acceptable. They even had a space for remote work if you don't want to sit in the main waiting room. Very pleased with the service and will definitely go back."
