"Went to 3 AUTOZONES IN STONE MOUNTAIN AREA NOBODY CAN CHECK MY BATTERY DUE TO CUSTOMER STEELING MACHINES. First one was honest 2nd said we upgrading systems called to see if machines is available so I don’t have to drive all over and you get put on hold long enough for me to arrive. On all AutoZone buildings advertised all free loan a tool free testing including battery starter ect. Free recycling free batteries charge so where is all these services? Guess it’s time to try out O Riley’s or Private"
"Let me just say that customer service is #1. The only lady that works here asked all 5 of us in the line. What did we need with the battery??? She said that one battery is already on the charger and that it will take a couple of hours. Then she said I don’t know if it will happen today because WE MAY FORGET that the other batteries is on the charger"
