"If you patronize this tire shop, especially if you're a female, PLEASE WATCH THESE MEN WHILE THEY REPLACE YOUR TIRE! Charged $60 for a used tire, and an extra $4 for using a debit/credit card. It was an emergency, so I proceeded to allow them to replace my front passenger tire. One of three guys broke two lug nuts off my tire, and told me that I wouldn't be able to make it down the street. They tried to charge me an additional $60 to replace the two screws/lug nuts that THEY BROKE! I explained to the men that if the lug nuts had "cross threaded," they should've been upfront with me and told me that they needed to break two of my lug nuts to get my tire off. Instead, they chose to be DECEPTIVE. After getting the police involved, one of the guys agreed to replace the two screws and lug nuts if, I purchased the parts. No problem. These guys thought because I was a woman, that I didn't know any better or know my vehicle. My daughter was in the car with me. Had I attempted to drive home, which was an hour away, my tire would've came off! If you patronize this tire shop, PLEASE watch them replace your tire. Lesson learned! Know your vehicle ladies! Never using this shop again, emergency or not!"
