"I went to get a quote for a possible repair. Told the guy I didn't need a diagnostic because I had prior work done there, and they told me what I needed, so I was back to get that specific work done. I was also trying to see who was less expensive between them and Mavis Discount Tires. The guy at the counter just walked away from me, and him and another gentleman went in the office for over 20 minutes and didn't say anything to me. After a mechanic alerted him to I was waiting for over 20 minutes, I went to pull off, and he finally came out and said he was trying to see if he could order the part. I said you could've at least told me what you had to do and/or told me you'll be right back. Then he said "Well I had other customers." Just didn't understand why he couldn't communicate that opposed to just walking off. Maybe he was having a bad day. Someone recommended I go to Mavis. Luck would have it, the customer service was 100% better, and they did the work. While Precision mechanics do a good job, the person at the counter could work on their customer service skills."
"That the way they did work on my infiniti fx35. I went there for balancing and they use wrong torque to fasten lugs and they broke my lug and had broke my rotor sue to it. Even balancing they messed up everything. So basically i have pay more money now to fix it as my car is not driveable untill i put new rotors. I had sport drill rotors and its hard to find those."
