"Worst customer service ever. The skinny black guy, low haircut Jimmy Lockbridge is his name. dude blew me off after I asked for one simple thing. Then I came out to car no fuss no drama, and said I was trying to help you you and rolled eyes. I am care free no drama but how you mad at me for you being unavailable, and you see me in the store looking and walk out when I don’t see what I want. If you don’t want to work or be mad and innocent customers go home. Simple."

"Thank you KB (Kendall B) ! I arrived at the autozone this morning with several car lights on thinking it was a bad battery but I was unsure , however KB got me right ! Kendall had a great attitude , speedy service , attentive and was very knowledgeable about what battery would be best for my car . At one point I called my dad to confirm that I was purchasing the right item just to be sure and Kendall was very patient & helpful in offering to speak with my dad for me to clarify and make sure I got the correct items ! Exceptional service KB ! Thank you for making it easy ! If I ever have to return I’d ask for him !"

"I had the best experience of any auto store I have ever been to at this store. Today. I came in with potentially a battery issue as identified by my AAA truck driver who gave me a jump. He was eager to sell me a battery but I decided to opt to stop by AutoZone to see if they can recharge my battery. I'm at Deante here who was one of the best service people I have ever met at an auto shop. He was so technically knowledgeable and was such a good customer service staff person. He represented the company really well. I highly recommend this location to anybody who's looking for really professional and knowledgeable staff. He helped me to save money by testing my battery and alternator to make sure they were working fine, which they were. So the AAA guy was clearly trying to make some extra money off of jumping my car. He was a nice enough guy but clearly had an incentive to sell me a brand new battery."
