Domino's Pizza

"Ordered 3 large pizzas for carry out and received 3 medium pizzas. Called the store and kept getting transferred around and waited on hold for an hour before getting kicked off. The number for the store does not go to the store. We’ve contacted multiple times and had no response."

"They are hit or miss. The last time we ordered was so good so I decided to order a late lunch from them. I ordered a regular cheese and tomato sauce pizza with chicken and Buffalo sauce. I also ordered a sandwich. When they called to say they didn't have the bread for the sandwich, I was understanding. They subbed a small pizza and that was good. The original pizza ordered though... first it didn't have tomato sauce and I called them. They said they had a large order and it would be later, I said ok. Around 8:30 pm I was like wait where is my food. Called and they said ok we will get out out. Called again and they said oh yeah it's on the way. I just can't believe they sent this out the store."

"HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WORST DOMINOS EVER!!! Dominos gave me the wrong order, I called to have it replaced or refunded. The first person I spoke to escalated it to a young man who said he needed me to prove it was wrong. I was unable to go back to the store and asked how I could provide that. He refused to offer a way to show him as I couldn’t drive back and HUNG UP ON ME! I called back and the lady who answered again and she said she doesn’t know the peoples name she works with and couldn’t help me. "Even though it was my first time ordering from this restaurant and they had a rating of 3.4 stars, I was still a little bit hesitant. However, my guests and I were hungry, so we decided to take a chance. Additionally, it was the location that was closest to the Doubletree by Hilton, which was our home for the Memorial Day weekend. Our delivery ladies name was Shaneka, and we were satisfied with the service she provided; she was prompt, professional, and extremely kind. Our meals were served piping hot and fresh from the oven, making them exceptionally tasty. I feel obligated to mention that in our experience the store exceeded our expectations in terms of their service, and we are grateful for the amazing experience we had. I go to Atlanta frequently for work and always stay in the same general neighborhood at a Hilton Property. I will be keeping this restaurant in mind as a potential go-to option in the future. We are really grateful for Domino's providing us with a PIZZAeRRIFIC dinner. Shaneka You are GREAT- You should get a bonus from your employer since you are the greatest delivery driver we have had in a very long time. "The manager at the store is trying to tell me this looks right. I get this pizza all the time. You cannot convince me that this looks right and didn’t tasted. Instead of taking ownership she said nothing was wrong. She had an attitude, and that as a manager is horrible. Trust I will be reaching corporate"
