"I have a soft spot in my heart for Mellow Mushroom. My first "pizza experience" in Atlanta was here! My first impression of the menu was filled with apprehension... Until the tables around me started getting their orders - the aromas were alluring - and my mind was set at ease! In the 15 or so times I've visited Mellow Mushroom, there have been a couple snafus... But when you set the food and service bar so high, it can be difficult to maintain... I highly recommend Mellow Mushroom (Brookhaven), seating is ample and comfortable, and if the weather is agreeable, sit outside! Enjoy a fresh salad, a perfectly crafted pizza, and a cold one!"

"So here I am at Mellow Mushroom and there is no one at the host stand and we are just standing here idle for like 5 minutes. I attempted to make eye contact and wave down a waitress who promptly ignored me. Would not recommend, definitely lost at how this works for them as a business. But I am not surprised with this Brookhaven location."
"So we ordered a pizza and wings. We are at the hospital and hadn’t eaten anything good in a couple days. My daughter normally gets pizza from here so we figured this was a good option. We get the order and she opens the pizza and there’s mushrooms on there. She doesn’t eat mushrooms, ever. Then my son in law and I got 20 wings to split. 10 mild and 10 spicy. Neither were spicy and they all were burned and soggy. It was disgusting."
"There was a medical emergency with a staff member when we arrived. The staff was shaken by the event but was able to pull together with the help of the managers to continue to deliver good food and good service. I commend the managers and staff for their perseverance and professionalism, keeping customer service the priority."
