"I found a piece of hair on my pizza. When I went back to let the staff know and ask for a refund, I was told by the MANAGER she didn't know how to process the refund and that its just a small piece of hair and proceeded to accuse me by saying it could have been by hair. I was appalled by such horrible behavior from the staff in such an unhygienic place. I left without my pizza or any refund. Would never go back here again! I'm still in shock this happened."

"They gave me an estimate of 65 to 75 minutes, it took 2 hours, which is fine, except the pizza was crushed and looked disgusting (pics attached). Also the driver just stayed in my driveway after delivering for like 10 minutes which is super creepy."
