"This is a place is an absolute joke!!! Do not order from here!!! I wished I had read the reviews first!!! Extremely poor customer service!!!!! I asked for the New Hot honey in my notes but did not get it. When I called and asked about it she said “ oh we don’t have that!” Then I asked about them not putting marinara sauce on the pizza and she hung up on me! I tried calling back a few times and they kept hanging up on me..I will be calling their corporate office. Oh she did tell me I could bring it back , and I told her I just paid door dash to have it delivered!!"

"Literally the worst fast food service I've ever received. Our order was canceled and the unbelievably rude woman on the phone claimed she called twice but "we didn't answer" even though we did. They hung up on US and had the audacity to say otherwise! We have the call logs to prove it! Customers are the reason you have a job whether you like it or not. A little respect isn't a hard ask."

"The order that I placed on Saturday was delivered almost two hours late, despite multiple lies from Pizza Hut employees to the contrary. The store doesn't answer the phone, but the call center continuously transfers calls there. When the order was finally delivered, it was cold and unappetizing. I wish I had read these reviews first. It also looks like a lot of the 5-star reviews are fake, so this is far from a 2.8-star restaurant. Please do yourself a favor and stay away. _______ I ordered from them Saturday afternoon at 4:55. I needed to leave for an event at 7pm, so I needed to have dinner a bit early. The delivery time was 25-35 minutes, and the confirmation said "We'll be right over on December 30, 5:25pm". The tracking showed that the order was put in the oven soon thereafter. At 5:50 I decided I'd call the store. The person who answered asked for my phone number, and then she told me that the order would arrive in 30 minutes. No big deal, I thought. At 6:20 I called back because the tracking still showed the order was in the oven. With an hour and 20 minutes of cooking, it should have been done, right? The person that answered was in a call center and said they needed to transfer me to the store. I waited for 5 minutes, but no one answered. I called back, and the new person in the call center looked up my order. They said the Pizza Hut tracking feature doesn't display up-to-date information, but they assured me my food was on the way and would be delivered in 7 minutes. Supposedly the store only has one driver, and the driver has to take many orders out at the same time. While I was waiting outside for my order, I received a text message at 6:37 saying that my order would be delivered by DoorDash at 7:16. I called Pizza Hut back to explain that I needed to leave at 7pm. I was again transferred to the store, and no one answered. I called back, and explained the situation again to someone in the call center. That person instructed me to call corporate, and I would receive a refund. No one answered there, either. Finally, my pizza was delivered at 7:13 - just under two hours later. Believe it or not, the order was room temperature at best and about as appetizing as one would imagine two-hour old pizza to be."

"PLEASE...PLEASE ...DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE...I WENT TO PICK UP AN UBER EATS ORDER FOR SOMEONE...THE WORKERS WERE INSIDE AND WOULDN'T OPEN THE DOOR...THEY HAVE A SIGN LETTING PEOPLE KNOW THAT THEY SHOULD RING THE BELL...REALLY?WHY WOULD YOU NEED TO RING A BELL JUST TO GET IN THE RESTAURANT?WHY CAN YOU JUST HAVE THE OPTION TO WALK IN AND ORDER UR FOOD?THE WORKERS THERE LOOK LIKE THEY ARE UP TO SOMETHING BAD THE PREVIOUS TIMES I WAS THERE.....ONE TIME I WENT TO PICK UP ORDERS AFTER 8 PM AND A GROUP OF GUYS WERE JUST HANGING IN FRONT OF RESTAURANT AND I NOTICED 2 OF THEM HAD WEAPONS....THE ENERGY WAS JUST JUST SO BAD THAT I ENDED UP CANCELING THAT ORDER I WAS PICKING UP... THIS PLACE IS JUST BIZZARE....PLEASE...PLEASE...DON'T WASTE UR TIME"
