"Average fare for an airport. Only a 1 star review because the lady working the register charged me for an $8 slice when I clearly had a $7 slice. I asked about it and she tried to lie, stating that the tax made it $8. I pointed out that it rang up as $8 and then added tax. I pointed out the menus said $7. She said the digital menu hanging over her head was wrong. Not sure why she felt the need to add a dollar to my order and then lie about it, but at the end of the day it was only $1 and I was hungry and tired so I paid it and walked away. So, whatever you plan to buy here, don't be shy to speak up and let them know you see what they are doing. Maybe they will become embarrassed and stop out of shame if not guilt."

"The customer service is non existent . The girl with the pink braids ignored us 3 times. I was next in line to order and she conveniently passed me up. Even the other people in line were appalled by her. I am a manager myself and would never tolerate her attitude . I feel sorry for people who were hurrying to make their connections and just wanted a quick bite. She had no quickness to her whatsoever. Pizza was not even worth it ."

"Would not eat at this location again. The food was fine and what you would expect from airport fast food. The service was absolutely abysmal. There was nobody in line, literally nobody. My wife and I were the only customers and because we did not walk in, at one end of the counter versus the other, we got a surly response from the cashier. She had to walk down to where the pizzas were anyway, but refused to serve us unless we went down to the other end. There was never a smile, or even a knowledge meant of us being a customer. If you’re that unhappy with your job, find some thing that makes you happy. But your attitude, and in attentive and surly response to paying customers is going to hurt the owner of this establishment."

"Waited in line 20 minutes they ran out of pizza. The employee asked me to wait to the side while another one cooked I did. Once the pizza came out they sold the whole pizza to someone who had just walked up to counter. When I asked they all looked at me and said well its not our fault. This was the employee I waited in line with. Completely rude and inconsiderate of people's time and money."

"Picked up a slice while I was waiting on my connecting flight to the South Bend International Airport. I wish it tasted as good as it looked. The best part of the slice was the edge. The of the pizza was just an oily mushy mess. The customer service was great and the price was okay."
