"I would highly recommend avoiding this location. I ordered a large 3-topping for curbside pickup. When I arrived and checked in, nobody came out although the app showed that my order was ready. When I saw a female employee sitting down on her phone, I decided to walk in to see what the hold up was. There was literally no explanation. They had my pizza waiting in the little warming oven. Not once did I receive an apology for this unacceptable “customer service”. The onions on the pizza were also severely overcooked/burnt. This was just a no all around, as if fast food isn’t annoying already. I’ve had better pizza at Costco."

"12/20/2023 My order was placed in the app at 8:19pm. I called the store to provide a different number for contact. My order was sent through DoorDash twice to no avail. At 10:09pm I went to the store and was told by the cook that a replacement pizza could be made then because the store was slow. I also requested a refund because of the delay and the order changing to Carryout despite the Delivery being paid for. I waited 10 minutes, then the cook came to me to tell me the manager said she would only give a refund that would be between three to five business days. I explained that I had no further funds for dinner, and would be walking away with no food nor funds. I then requested that the manager be contacted again. A cashier comes to the front of the store with the manager on the phone, immediately yelling, saying I had to get out of the store otherwise the police would be called, and that I was trespassing. I said nothing in return, grabbed my keys, and left."

"Even though their pizza is always delicious, I find that my request for Extra Sauce and Light Cheese never happens. The sauce is always sparingly spread so that it looks like there is no sauce, and the cheese looks like Regular and is never light. You should be able to see through the cheese if the pizza is made with "Light" cheese and "Extra" sauce. This is my second time with a disappointing order where I had to apply my own marinara sauce on top of my pizza when I got home. P.S.: The clerk who rang my order did give me a container of marinara sauce after I was unhappy with the 2nd pizza they made, but I still had to add my own sauce once I arrived home."

"It is very difficult to write a review because my feelings are mixed. Because when a woman at the reception in the store is chaos: dirty, a very long wait for an order, she yells at customers. It is completely different when a man is at the reception. He is very polite, cheerful, the store is clean, fast work, it is always a pleasure to come when he is working. He should teach manners to his colleague"

"How are the people at this location getting hired? They’re standoffish to all customers, having loud inappropriate conversations, and couldn’t care less about doing anything right. We wanted garlic parm sauce with half cheese and half bacon/pineapple. Instead we got marinara sauce with ham/bacon/pineapple on the whole thing, and they cut the pizza so disproportionately it was laughable. Also did not received sauce for the cheese sticks or icing dip for the cinn sticks."
