"This pizza hits stinks so bad. I mean idk I never walked into a place that smelled this horrible and to think there isn’t any carpet so what is rotten in there. I’m sorry but I didn’t take the food after entering. There is no way I’ll ever go back."

"I made an online order as I frequently do it at location. I never got that delivery. I called back they said they would remake it and send it back out still never got that delivery after waiting 3 hours never got any pizza and I still haven't got my refund very very dissatisfied. And the store stop taking my calls to be able to process the refund for me"

"Awful awful customer service, manager doesn't know how to give refunds even when they found a hair in my food. I was accused that it was likely my hair and that it was "just a tiny hair". I ended up just leaving without any refund or food. Would never go back to this location ever again. Pls work on hiring proper staff that is nice and actually cares about customers and keeping your location hygienic. Thank you."

"I used to have a bit of a ritual I held onto for several years, as at least 2 -3 times monthly I'd order some chicken wings, naked, lemon pepper dry rub, normally 18 CT. I'd especially do this during College Football Season. The wings were $18.99 for 18, and the size of the wings were huge. Just all the way round top notch. Then a couple years back, stores used Covid as their excuse, like apartment homes, rentals and well anyone that wanted to stick it it to the consumer did, they had a significant price increase. I believe 18 CT Wings now cost $24.99, which was ridiculous! Now to make things even worse, those nice plump Pizza Hut wings turned into malnourished, micro chickens, as the sizes dropped by a minimum 20-30%. This order was the worst which prompted this Google review. it's very sad!"

"Long time customer and never really had any issues. I had multiple melts ordered for delivery and was only specific on one (no pork) and some dips. Order arrived; no dips and the specified melt had NOTHING on it. Not even cheese. Folded over bread that was completely empty. Called the location about it, again only one out of like 5 melts ordered had the issue. I had to repeat myself multiple times. The girl on the phone didn't seem to understand. She finally asked someone for help and then they seemed confused about that as they just put her back on the phone and told here what to say and she repeated what I said to them. Horrible customer service. They then asked for pictures, which I said I had, then they changed it to "oh you'll have to bring it in" I ordered delivery for a reason, why am I going to drive it back in? You paying for the melt AND my Uber? Something that wasn't even a huge ordeal has been blown out of proportion for no reason."
