Tried calling the store but guess what, automated system that eventually hangs up on you because no one answers. Going to get my refund through corporate since this store is a joke"
"I never received my pizza and no one cared to find a solution to my problem. I have not received a refund and still walked away with no pizza after having to physically go to the location. After delivery fees and tipping the driver, I AM PISSED! (2/9/2024) **UPDATE** I have followed up with Pizza Hut customer service on 3 different occasions and still have not been issued a refund. Several reps have claimed to escalate my issue to upper management and still no response or updates from customer service. I’m not grasping why they are withholding my money (2/18/2024)"
"Came in at 12:20 to pick up an online order placed and an old homeless man told me they were closing and 12:30 and didn’t complete order. I’m Assuming he clean up for food or money. Why would system allow me to place order but restaurant cancels it. Then have non employees communicating with customers"
"My only complaint is that they don't answer the phone. It's best to use the app because even the online order system wasn't working. Their call center is terrible unless you're placing an order. If you have any type of complications they will transfer you to the store and no one will answer. I sat on the phone for 8 minutes waiting for someone to pick up before I just hung up and walked down there. I order 30 pizzas for an office party and they made sure that everything was done on time. Ms. Ann and the manager was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed."
"Ordered twice with two separate cards and no delivery was ever made although our two cards were still charged. I do not recommend this location to anyone. They keep the phone off the hook as well so, only internet orders could be received, zero questions answered nor could refund could be seen about."
