"Literally the worst fast food service I've ever received. Our order was canceled and the unbelievably rude woman on the phone claimed she called twice but "we didn't answer" even though we did. They hung up on US and had the audacity to say otherwise! We have the call logs to prove it! Customers are the reason you have a job whether you like it or not. A little respect isn't a hard ask."

"This is the closest Pizza Hut to me and I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’m tired. It sucks being met with an attitude when you come to pick up your food or when you ask questions while placing an order. I did a pick up order and received the sloppiest undone pizza. Called back to try and speak to a manager and it took forever to even try to get someone on the line. I hung up because I’m not even about to go back and forth about $15.. they really need to reevaluate how they do business and take their time with people orders. I won’t be ordering from this location again. Probably not Pizza Hit again ever."
"Food was delivered fast and hot. They even gave me extra sauces and napkins. However i think it distracted from the fact that my order was not correct. I asked for thin crust extra extra sauce. Even added a note, lifting the cheese i can see crust, where is the extra sauce? As someone who has worked for Pizza Hut many times I know that sometimes pizzas are pre-made, but it only takes a second to make a pizza from scratch that the customer actually ordered. I'm pregnant and I have cravings and it's sad that what I love from Pizza Hut is the sauce but pizza is dry as can be."
