"Vincent seems to be a good guy and the first time I was there he fixed the issue. I just took my car there the Saturday before last and got it back Wednesday. I was without my car for almost a week. The issue still is not resolved because my car is smoking again when I turn the heat on! This is the place they use where I got my car from, but I will be taking it to a different mechanic from now on! My car is my money maker and I do not have time to be without my car for days and weeks. That’s not cool, nor is it convenient at all. Either way, just make sure they can fix the issue the first time if you’re going to take your car here! Again, I will never be back and neither will my car! Thanks for nothing!"

"Just tried to call to make an appointment for battery repair, after trying many other mechanics on Labor Day. Got a missed call 10 minutes later with no message from a number I did not know. So I asked who is this, and the man replied “you called me”. I realized it was a mechanic and asked if they were open. He said no but what do I need. I explained and we figured out what to do. I still had no idea which mechanic this was because he refused to identify himself. So once again I asked which mechanic was this. Again he replied with an attitude “you called me you don’t know?” And I had enough attitude and unprofessional behavior and told him sir I’ve been calling many places all morning I don’t need this and hung up. Very disgusting man that does not deserve business from anyone. Probably just hates women though."

"I went to Cherokee Auto Tech to find out why my car was feeling like it was heavy after I had new struts installed by another mechanic. I needed new lower control arms and front sway bar links. I then rented a car for two days, but he repaired my car in one day. He has a lot of customers and some people are very demanding and want service like they were his only customer. I myself found out if you treat people with respect, they respect you more. Vincent has been in business for over 17 years and knows how to repair automobiles and trucks and within the time promised. I like this place and will return if I need anything else for my car. It's been a pleasure using this place. Thank you."
