"I have an 08 GMC Acadia and the reverse went out on it. Being mechanically inclined I was able to diagnose the problem accurately and knew what needed to be done however I did not have the time to do the work myself. After calling around all of the local shops I was fortunate enough to find Bill! He gave me an exact quote when everyone else was giving me a Range of 1000 plus dollars on top of the initial repair depending on who you talk to. No one would give me an exact dollar figure. Bill told me how long it would take and exactly how much it would cost. He had it completed on time! :-) no additional charges! "I had heard from 2 or 3 different people that they recommend taking our vehicle down to Bill the owner and operator. We took our vehicle down to Bill very professional and super respectful gentleman. We did have to have the transmission rebuilt and put an engine in the vehicle. The prices were more than fair it was a lot cheaper then buying another used car in this condition. I was very impressed that Bill had competed other mechanics issues on the vehicle and never chargers us extra. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs work.
