"I placed an order today and I realized that i ordered the wrong crust for the pizza. I called to see if it would be any recourse nothing was offered. I do understand it was my mistake. Customer service was just horrible...a woman answered dominoes.. What's your address? I told her my address and then I had to repeat it.. Then she stated that's what you ordered...I told her it was a mistake she said okay and then hung up(.) I won't be back."
"I placed an order tonight and somehow the delivery person forgot to grab my pizza. I called and the young lady was very professional even though I was upset she assured me that they would send someone else out and send my pizza that was missing. My kids depend on me and I had to make sure their tummies was full. This was my first time trying Dominoes and they did a good job! They made sure my pizza came and they provided outstanding customer service I will order here again. Thanks"
"I made an order online that said it was delivered and never was. I called multiple times and couldn’t get anybody on the phone. I drove there to see where my order is and they still had it at the store. I get home and this is what I see when I open my box. This pizza was for my kids and this is what I get. I will never eat at this place every again. I always have some type of issue when I order from this dominos. This is just uncalled for and wrong. And I still can’t get anyone on the phone about this. I do not recommend to eat here at all."
"This place makes great tasting pizza! Me & my mom love picking up pizza from this dominos every other week. They never mess up our order, the dough is always perfectly cooked on the pizza, and they fix the pizzas pretty quick too. Wonderful workers. Love coming here."
