"Their property, Helena Springs is nasty and it has the worst management. Roach infested buildings with nothing being done, doors that lead outside don't completely shut, and Nichelle the property manager and Raina (or however you spell her name) are two of the nastiest individuals. After multiple issues with light coming in from a sealed door, the issue was still not resolved and management told me they did everything they could anx won't come out to correct their issue then proceeded to hang up in my face. ATC is a joke as well as their properties and unprofessional staff. ATC, your response is a bold faced lie. Raina hung up in my face. You know what is happening because these other negative reviews show it. They ignore complaints and do whatever they want. I had to basically call and beg Michelle to fill out a rental verification form my new apartment kept sending her. I hope Helena Springs gets shut down!!"

From the cleanliness of the grounds to the quietness of the neighborhood, Sanctuary is a great place to live. All maintenance issues such as changing outdoor lighting to a clogged sink are handled quickly and efficiently, and the staff (as always) is great at keeping us in the know of what is going on.
