"This place is an absolute dump full of crackhead junkies. Manager claims she is cleaning up the place and yet multiple units with plywood for a window, busted windows in general, obvious attempts at break ins on the doors, units much smaller then advertised, "security" is a joke on a golf cart, no way you convince me a dude in a tent on top of a cherry picker from the police actually makes a difference either, and everybody in the community knows that certain residents hire people to stand just outside the entrance to sell drugs for them both at the gas station and behind Church's."

"One I been living in one apartment for 6 years I get behind yes but I was still giving them money they still taking my money and ended up getting me put out. What they should of did was tear down and rebuild but no the remodeling over the mold and mildew. These apartments are not worth the stay........"

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ashley took me around and explained the the different changes the company has installed, not just the renovations but also the environment. It is a work in progress but you can definitely see the changes. Out with the old and in with the new and improved is the atmosphere here.....I luv the renovated apts, it is just myself. The cost is affordable. A little slow on maintenance issues but understandable due to staff shortage. I'm happy with my decision to move here."

"This place has changed alot- from the last times I would visit before until now that I stay here there has been a drastic change. The community itself is alot safer so the kids are always outside playing. The new renovations to the insides are upgraded and modern. The leasing office is full of super nice respectful staff and if you have any questions or concerns they're ready to help you. If you're looking for a new place to call home call the leasing office they will be willing to work with you."
