"I rented a studio apartment first of all the rent is 808 dollars that's high I was the December 28th 2023 through January 8th 2024 the studio apartment had roaches coming from the kitchen and I took pictures of the roaches I had to break my lease because off that it was apartment 508 I wish I can give them a 0"

"Wow I was considering moving back until i read some of these reviews. Back when I got married, these were $450 for 1 bedroom for us and Ms. Charlene was the SWEETEST !!!!! I hope she is doing well."

"The person who is managing this place is the rudest person ever. Unprofessional after speaking to her I wouldn't put my dog on this property. She doesn't answer the phone ever. If she calls you back she's so rude has the biggest attitude problem ever. And just a tip but you should definitely go online and change availability status for your apartments. Because it's your JOB but so is answering the phone."

"When I lived there in 2003, it was great. Nice and quiet. Ms. Charlene was soooo nice. And she was honest and said the community was fine but the one behind Cedar Ridge was not so nice (true). And she said they keep an eye out. They did a really great job at it. I really appreciated Charlene. I hope she is doing well and doing well."

"IS THERE A NEGATIVE BUTTON?????? THIS WAS the worse experience I've EVER had. the apartment manager Tiffany is very mean and nasty. she talked the other worker like trash. she hires and fires maintenance within a few months so I wouldn't recommend working for CEDAR RIDGE APARTMENTS. The apartments are old and need updating and they have a bad pest problem. If it weren't for that it would be ok because the people that love there are nice but Tiffany, the pest and the old design need to go the floors are the first thing that need to be done in all of them."
