"We moved here 2 years ago and Highborne Apartments were very accommodating. We signed digitally since we were moving from out of state. Communication between us and Highborne was amazing. The staff and the office are always polite and welcoming my kids love stopping by the office for little treats. We have a dog as well, they updated the dog park and our kids and dog loves to go and play there together. The neighborhood is quite, clean and everyone is friendly. The location is perfect for Plant workers and families. We are close to the highways for easy access without the highway noise! Close to restraunts and stores. Its truly a great place to live!"
"Wanted a garage to work on my car so I moved to the highborne. Very VERY quiet community. Personal Parking spot in the front as well as a yard for grilling in the back. Carpet, appliances, Heating and air conditioning all perfectly installed. Takes only one day to get your maintenance request completed. Would have moved here years ago if I could go back."
"I’ve lived here for a few months now and I absolutely love it. It’s a quiet neighborhood with plenty of children and pets. There is a retention pond in the back of the neighborhood where people walk their dogs which keeps the yards looking spiffy. The landscaping looks great now that it’s summer and the landscapers are always so friendly. I have had bad luck with spiders out front but that can be easily fixed. The house itself has an amazing layout and aside from random glue from construction there are zero complaints from me. The fenced in backyard also gives you some privacy. This isn’t a neighborhood where you need to worry about speeding or obnoxious neighbors, it’s just quiet and peaceful. There is a grocery store at the end of the road and it’s only a ten minute drive from the mall. Plenty of restaurants deliver to this neighborhood as well but since the construction is so new the delivery drivers tend to need some help. we want to stay as long as possible!"
