"I’m not big on leaving bad reviews but here I am. I toured Gateway Crossing yesterday in my hunt for a new place to call home. The leasing consultant was the most underwhelming front-facing person I have come across in a long time. I didn’t catch her name because she didn’t tell me or give me a card. I don’t think she smiled one time talking to me and had such a ‘I couldn’t care less if you moved here’ attitude. She couldn’t really answer questions accurately, either. Laughably, she tossed me the key to a unit to go see and told me to drive over to it ALONE and see it. Irresponsible if you ask me. The units themselves are dark and extremely dated. For the price-point, they are not competitive to the updated and newer complexes around. Even if they were, I wouldn’t choose Gateway Crossing for the fact of how the ‘tour’ went."
"The staff and management here at the Gateway Crossing were very professional and courteous with us coming to do the dryer vent cleaning. It was great experience to work with this great staff and team."
"What an amazing place to live. I can only speak to the Concierge (spelling?) , but the unit was very nice, very clean and modern. The amenities offered here are substantial, and the grounds are well kept. I am very thankful that I was lucky enough to stumble upon Gateway Crossing when I moved to Georgia -- in fact they are now the benchmark for me. An ideal place to live upon arrival to a new location, which I can only hope and pray can be replicated when needed in the future!"
"This is by far the best place I have lived. The staff is very friendly, professional, and competent. Their customer service is by far the best. I was in a hurry to move in and they went out of their way to make it possible. All amenities are very clean and they quickly respond to any service requests. Even the service crew is the best, they keep the place looking great and always do it with such a positive attitude. I highly recommend this place!"
