"Update...I had to leave Sanctuary due to job situation, but fortunately I obtained a job to work remote again, so I am returning to Sanctuary in late fall 2024...my move out process was easy, just clean everything up, pay your rent on time, report routine maintenance, and you will be good go to :) Windie has been beyond helpful with my out of state move to Sanctuary. I was able to get the unit I wanted, and she helped me out every step of the way with the application and documentation. Windie is professional 100% and always took my calls to answer my questions along the way...fast forward almost a month, and still enjoy it here...neighbors are cordial and respectful, and I love the convenience of nearby stores and Fort Gordon."

"You have found the gem of Augusta. This is a safe community with extremely reasonable rates considering the amount of space you get along with assigned parking. I walk my dog every night and don't feel paranoid at all. I have lived in this community for two years now, first in the Paul and then in the Duvall. Location is amazing as it is near the movie theater, Kroger, and Bobby Jones expressway. Staff are super helpful and responsive with any maintenance requests. Pests are rarely a problem as the staff have each apartment sprayed regularly."
