"I loved the way the apartments are set up , management is fine , maintenance is good as well . But I’ve made several complaints about the people above me making so much noise , and being a mom with 3 jobs , my two 2 kids and myself can never get enough sleep . Pictures knocked off the wall , screaming , vaccumming all at 1130 most of time 3 in the morning . I’ve made complaint after complaint with the officer on site but he’s been out due to family issues . And once I called the office she states only thing I can do is call the police. Richmond county told Me I have to wait until 12. But im out my house with my kids before that because they need rest for school and me for my overnight job . I can’t wait to not renew my lease and call corporate . As a single mom paying 1600 month and I can’t even enjoy it because of ruthless neighbors is ridiculous."

"Been living at the Estates at Perimeter for over 2 years. Ms. Erin Sutton the Property Manager is very approachable and her staff are really nice. It's a big job managing a big complex. She has been working since she arrived. If I you have an issue she gets to the bottom of it. Military gets attention that sometimes of Property's don't know how to assist. Thanks for all you do! Enjoy staying at the Estates at Perimeter."

"I can honestly say I enjoy living here & I've been here for 3 years now. Erin is extremely nice & friendly & has always taken care of any issues I've brought to her. The renovations have made this place look wonderful. The community is gated, the complex is quiet, the pool area is beautiful, the gym is nice, & they have a car wash area, which I am definitely happy about. This is by far the best apartment I've ever lived in & even with minor issues here & there (as with anywhere), Erin has been spot on with great communication & getting the maintenance crew to fix it asap."
