The Jasper

"I wanted to leave 0 stars but it doesn’t allow that. This review is for the new management, The Jasper, that took over a couple of years ago by the way. Horrible management and unnecessary fees. This apartment complex management is super unprofessional. They never answer their phone. Their fees are expensive and pest control does not come consistently like they are supposed to and roaches are everywhere. The trash service is terrible to the point of everyone’s trash ist sitting at the trash compact or you can smell the trash in the air. The management will give you information and then lie later. I will never refer anyone to live here. These other good reviews are for getting $500 towards rent. Also if you decide to move out, they will make you pay a ridiculous amount even if you cleaned your house and everything. You will have to pay $1,000 plus for your move out charges. Do not live here."

"I love that i made the decision to move to the Jasper. I had an amazing experience from the beginning with property manager, leasing agent. They made the transition super easy and seamless. The maintenance is super fast at responding to any maintenance requests that i had. The property is nicely kept and cleaned. Recently, the maintenance installed the corridor signs. I love it. I would recommend moving here hands down! This is an honest review and I swear that I have not paid for review."

"***update: while we enjoyed living here moving out was a complete nightmare. There have been a string of unreturned calls and emails. They owe us for the refer a friend program still and the will not tell us how to pay the remaining balance for the half month we were there. All payments are done through an electronic system that we were unable to access after move out date. We truly enjoy the community at Jasper. The new management has done an incredible job at not only reviving the place but now with continued upkeep. They keep the grass neat and trimmed, spray consistently to keep pests away, keep the property clean and enforce their policies to help keep a nice environment for everyone. The amenities are excellent and the management team is so sweet! They address any concerns immediately and do extras for their residents regularly such as ice cream parties, Chick-fil-A breakfast, Dunkin‘ coffee, they truly care about their residents. There is a playground, tons of yards space, a pool, gym, wonderful. The apartments are very spacious. We live in an ”older“ unit but it has very updated appliances, new carpet, and ceiling fans in each room. Our friends moved into these apartments on our suggestion as well. They live in a newer unit so it is all hardwood floors and they have enjoyed it so far. The gate is up and working which is an amazing feature we appreciate. All that would make it better is some shade at the pool haha. Highly recommend!"

"I have had nothing but great experiences with this property and the management company. The staff is very responsive, respectful, and kind. The maintenance team responds extremely fast (they have always come within one day for me) and they are friendly and professional. I am very happy with the apartment, and the facilities (dog park, pool, gym). Under new management they have installed an all-inclusive app-based system that allows you to enter the property and access all areas including a package storage area through your phone - it's incredibly convenient. Another plus of this property is all of the green space; there is a lot of grassy areas around each building and lots of spaces to walk my dogs as well as a lot of trees which make the complex a nice, pretty place to live."
