"Looking forward to living here. Love the apartment we picked and thoroughly enjoyed the tour provided by Christina. Peaceful atmosphere and lots of fun amenities on site. Edit (1/29/24): We have been living here for exactly a week now and truly this has been a wonderful experience so far. The agents in the office are all fantastic and the maintenance crew seem to be very friendly and helpful. There were a few hiccups (my fault) as far as transferring utilities but I was provided assistance to get my GA Power account set up. My biggest potential concern was going to be the neighbors (we are used to living in the countryside) but everybody is courteous and respectful. In fact, our next door neighbor saw us struggling with our couches and gave us a hand. We love how centrally located we are to everything. Downtown is within arm’s reach (15-20 minutes at most), and to the left is Bobby Jones while to the right is I20. All around a great location and a wonderful complex."

I am now going on my second year here and they made renewing my lease so easy. The grounds are beautiful and the maintenance staff is fast and fantastic. I would highly recommend people to move here.
