"I am very disappointed in the service that I received. THE driver that transported us was not friendly. She did not play the radio. She kept the window down. We were cold all the way back. The driver allowed people to get on the van before us that had a 10 pm scheduled ride. My ride was scheduled at 9pm. SHE drive fast hit a tire. The tire light stayed on all the way to Augusta Ga. I am very disappointed in the service! I deserve a refund."
"My ride to Atlanta was awesome! Even when my drop off location was in international versus domestic. The driver took me to international. My ride coming back was okay. I was told by the desk representative of Groome and also the one who entered my reservation. That Groome does not pick up anyone from different locations. The ride is from the airport and back to Augusta. The driver dropped off a person in Thompson and picked up another person from a different location. First time trying this service."
"I have always had a pleasant experience with Groome Transportation. Keeps me from having to drive back and forth to Atlanta. Location is perfect, service is good and reasonably priced. During my last trip the driver was kind enough to allow me to use his portable battery to charge my phone. Highly recommended."
"Check in was quick and simple. Driver was prompt and respectful. Nice and easy drive. Arrived at the Atlanta Airport in about 2.5 hours. Shuttle van had ample space between other passengers. Make sure you use the bathroom and eat before/bring snacks as there is no breaks."
