Marco's Pizza

"The past 3x's I've ordered pizza from the Fury's Ferry Location, something that I paid for has been missing. The first time it was feta cheese, the last time we ordered the garlic dipping sauce and most recently (today) the feta cheese (again). This time, I decided to call, just hoping to notify them of my experience - Trevor answered the phone and when I told him what happened he said "there is definitely feta cheese on there, I put it on myself." I told him, that there was NOT any cheese on there and he was mistaken. He proceeded to argue with me, back and forth, for 4 minutes. I would say it wasn't on here, he would disagree with me and claim that it was. I KNOW what feta cheese from Marcos looks like, I order it on almost every pizza both at work and home. Trevor even described what it looked like and I said I don't see anything, maybe it's under the mozzarella, to which he replied that it wasn't. Rather than taking ANY accountability for the possibility that he could be wrong (I offered to drive the pizza down there for him to see personally, but he said "that would be a waste of time because I put it on there" and so I offered to send photos, but he wouldn't tell me where to send) or for the previous experiences I mentioned at the beginning of the call he disrespectfully disagreed with me the entire time. Just WOW - What an experience. We have been loyal customers for a long time and this most recent event has made me consider driving to a different location next time."

"I always love Marcos as they are affordable, quick to serve, and tasty, however today I was not pleased with the service. There was only one worker and very few orders, so the attentiveness was not the problem.. I paid for my order in cash and watched as she handled the money with her gloves on and did not wash hands or even switch to clean gloves before handling food again. I personally think this is gross and against health codes for restaurants as money is so so dirty and can even be dangerous these days… please make sure to train your employees on this!!! Thanks!"

"This used to be our go to pizza place for years now. It was always made to perfection...but the last few times we have been, it has been consistently disappointing. Our most recent order was by far the worst. Barely any cheese on the pizza. We ordered the garlic romesan crust and there was nothing at all on the crust and it was very dry. One of our pizzas was a half and half and there were at least 3 slices with zero toppings on them. They always seem to leave off the dipping sauces we order. Their only redeeming quality is the staff is always friendly and courteous... But since the main reason for going is the food, I don't think we will be returning."

"Their pizza "The Works" is piled high with toppings and is so delicious. They have improved their garden salad, and it's delicious, too."

"The employees are always nice and caring when I go here and the food is hot and fresh. They don't forget anything. I had a rude experience at another pizza place that made me pretty upset. This place has never dissopointed me. Thank you."
