"By far, it was the worst customer service experience I've witnessed. Went in to ship off something, and instead of stopping to give clear and concise instructions, the worker was talking and moving away from me. Then, whenever she came to give the instructions clearly, she started talking to other people, ignoring me at the counter. She didn't come back to me until she finished her conversation. But I guess that's what I get for going to an already rated subpar store expecting a great experience."

"I've only ever used this UPS twice. Both within the span of 6 months. I'll never use this location again. Don't ship anything fragile or of any kind of value from this location. Up first, I upgraded my Verizon cell phone. I was shipped a box that I needed to return my old phone in. I shipped it in store at this location. A few weeks roll by and Verizon charges me for the phone. After weeks of phone calls with Verizon and the manager at this UPS telling me that they didn't know what happened to the phone - Verizon confirms that the box was empty. The manager of the store disputes this and was rather brash about the whole situation. In the end, I still ended up pay for the non-return of the phone to Verizon. Fast forward to mid-January 2023. I had purchased a really expensive gaming system as a Christmas present for someone who is stationed in California. Said person was going to be home for the holidays, so I had the system shipped here so he could use it while he was here. When he left, I meticulously packaged the system in the same shipping box and packing material it was shipped with. When it arrived at the location, two of the glass panels were shattered. I attempted to file the claim online, but was informed I'd need to go into the store it was shipped from to initiate the claim. I went in and spoke with the representative that was working. I can't recall his name, but he was very helpful. He took copies of everything and informed me the manager would have to initiate the claim, and would be back to work on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday and spoke with the manager. When I spoke with her about it, she said that UPS would need to send someone out in order to inspect the shipping box. I told here the box was at the recipients house in California and here is how to get in touch with him. I asked for a claim or case number. She said that until the box was inspected, that there was not one. After a few weeks of not hearing anything back and the recipient having not been contacted to arrange for inspection of the box, I called the Customer Service number and have been trying to get updates and push the process along there. This UPS location could use new management"

"Leaves a lot to be desired, everyone seems pretty unhappy there. Shipped some Amazon products back in its original packaging. Was asked if I'd like to buy a bag to ship it, I said no. Then she put it in the bag, sealed it and charged me.... I went to my car found a bag that was very similar and could be sealed asked if she could ship it in this instead. She shrugged and said no, likely because she didn't want to print or move the label.... Kohls is much better and easier for returns, just go there."
