"12 years with F+W and am still liking it there . Small compared to giants like Schneider Werner Swift etc but much better . No prolonged time on the road , always back to Augusta . Good equipment and good people to work for . Pay is decent . We have many drivers who stay with F+W . Longevity pays off . They have come a long ways. I remember the old days when the founder Charles Willis was still in charge . Rough times back then . I recommend this company for drivers willing to do their job giving it the extra effort it sometimes takes ."
