"Ordered delivery, driver refused to deliver to my cq desk, and I had to walk out to the street (I'm not an AIT camelbacking gremlin). Went up to my room to discover that the pizza had been cut by a 5 year old that doesn't understand the concept of straight lines and triangles. Delivery was quick, the food was fresh, but everything else that happened ruined it."

"Pizza and wings are good, but the transition from fort Gordon to fort Eisenhower doesn’t allow online orders or the use of online coupons. Their phones also cut out when placing orders. The employers are usually friendly and easy to work with. Whoever owns this location needs to buy better phones for the store."

"I attempted to place an order tonight using the mobile app because I had received a promotional code from a previous order. I did not see an option on the checkout screen to enter my promotional code. There was however, an option to enter in a gift card code. Due to the fact that the gift card option only allows for a numerical entry I was not able to enter my alpha numeric rebate. So I made the call into the store to ask for assistance. In short I was told that the employees did not know how to assist me with my issue. Although the young lady I spoke with was very apologetic and uniformed with how to assist me I attempted to place the order over the phone but was hung up on. In conclusion, I have taken the additional time out of my evening to write this review because it is my opinion that if someone works for a company they should be given training to be able to assist with such an issue as this. Again the employee I spoke with was very apologetic but also mentioned that even the manager was not able to assist me before hanging up. This sounds like a great opportunity to get some additional training for all employees."

"If you request a delivery over the weekend except long wait times; I don't believe this is the fault of the limited friendly staff. If you can, I'd recommend placing carry out orders to check your food before taking it home, and reducing wait times. Highly disappointed when I got home and discovered half of my chicken alfredo missing."
