"Waited over an hr for delivery, 3 pizzas and 8 wings 3 drinks. Not mad about it been late. Ppl do makes mistakes the delivery guy was great. The manager on duty was awful, when I called and asked for the reason it was taking so long. He said the guy forgot the drinks. I was like ok, then he said I will yell at him when he gets back. You should never yell at your employees for making a mistake. With out them you would be a manager. Long story short one start just because the manager doesn’t know how to lead."

"Customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced, they will have you on hold for 30 minutes with no real solution. The workers are unsanitary with no hair caps just letting their hair be all out around the food. The workers are lazy with bad attitudes. I ordered a pasta and the portion they gave me was enough for a 5yr old for the price YOUD think you’d get a little more they also didn’t add cheese, very very poorly made. Had to talk to the manager to remake it and it was better. Wouldn’t risk coming to this location again."

"Was never given a receipt by my driver. I placed an order at the new location for delivery and upon delivering my food they forgot my wings. I called for them to replace my wings and was on hold for an hour. Long enough for my brother to go to the physical store and actually confirm that they were inside ignoring calls and doing nothing. My phone call was never answered. They refused to give him the wings because he got into an altercation with the cashier for trying to give him wings that were under a heat lamp for the whole hour we were trying to reach them. He was so frustrated we had to go up to Dominos just to speak on his behalf. 11:40 Doors were locked and we were told to go around to the drive through to speak. We were then informed they could not reimburse the wings they would not deliver but they could offer a 40$ store credit for the whole order. The whole thing was janky. Why would I want to eat here again? The service was so bad I don’t care if everything was free.. why would I want to be treated this way again as a customer? After stating the obvious to the cashier and her manager.. clearly all of this could have been resolved if the phone had been answered as it’s intended & the order was delivered like I paid for it to be... no one would be nearly this irritated. The manager had his employee handle the situation as he stood on the sideline and never even took any accountability. If I could give it 0 stars I would."

"It is the first time that I have bought in this store, and I want to show you the quality, the burnt pizza, the pasta was very dry, they almost burned it, and very little amount of pasta."
