"I cannot THANK Paradise Crematory for their professionalism and extreme compassion while dealing with the unexpected loss of our 10 yr old baby, Kujo. Especially so close to closing hours. They not only took care of us so close to closing hours but understood our financial situation and worked w us to provide our preferred final arrangements. Mr.Donovan gave us time to say goodbye and assured us that Kujo’s final arrangements would be carried out. They overall, exceeded our expectations of a typical business. You can tell they care about the people they serve and the animals they care for, MORE, than just making a profit. Something that has been lost by many businesses large n small now days. And I feel comfortable to recommend their Kennel services too considering if they care this much about those lost, I can only imagine how much they care for those still with us. "Very disappointed and a bit taken aback. We arrived to pick up our pet's ashes and none of the girls even apologized for our loss at the desk. I had tears down my face and the desk attendant didn't say a word about our loss, just how much we owed. My husband had to ask for what the charges were for. It was very cold-hearted and really made me feel like Remy didn't matter to them. They even forgot to give us his kennel and when we received it the next morning, it had rust all over it. Which was never there beforehand."
