"Today is Thursday 11:52 am my wife and I just left there about 15 mins ago,1st time since reopening,never again,the same rudeness as b4,to be clear it was the cashier,the lady that was in charge who worked at the bstore b4 tried to make it right but it was too late our minds were made up not to tolerate behavior like that...to whom it may concern I just thought that you should know...."

"I frequent this this family dollar every other day and tonight I must say was the most disappointing. I got there right before closing at 954 just to pick up two item and the door was locked. The male worker says it was for “safety precaution and because of COVID and then says there is not to be more than 10 people in the building.....well no one was in the building because the door was locked. Then the smart mouth young lady tells me I don’t have long to be there. Family Dollar really needs to do better with the people they hire to work in their establishment.11/22/20"

"Very poor customer service! I wasn't greeted until after I got a cart and proceeded to shop, then at checkout wasn't asked did I find everything okay. Janice was the cashier and she was literally unpacking a box and about to start another while I was waiting at the register. It wasn't until I made a noise with my keys that she acknowledged me by saying shewas at the other register. What appeared to be her friend appeared to be waiting around for the store to be empty so they could continue a conversation. Additionally they didn't have the one thing I really needed, and ultimately I ended up getting it from Lowe's. All in all, she is definitely a better fit for another shift. It's rather unpleasant to encounter that at 8:15 in the morning."

"The cashier was rude. She was on her phone looking through it as I asked a question. After a few minutes she told me where the product was knowing she had it behind the counter. After paying for my purchase , I got my bag and went to thank one of the workers who was very helpful. That cashier ask me to leave my bag up front. I told her I didn’t steal. I was just trying to do right."
