"If I could leave a zero, I would. Horrible staff - rude and unhelpful! Stopped to get a balloon and instead of simply stating no helium was available, she proceeded to tell me all the specific balloons they didn’t have and when I stated that just the simple, unmarked one was fine, she then states there was no helium. What kind of backwards logic is that? Complete waste of my time and everyone else that was in line. Not to mention the store is ALWAYS messy and unorganized. Do better."

"You can tell the people that work there try their hardest to give the best customer service they can. The amount of available items at great prices really blew me away. The lady cashier was very helpful and friendly. My only issue would be the tidyness of the store, which is probably due to patrons more than employees."

"Store was cluttered and appears junky on many visits. Isles have been blocked by items or even stock. Disorderly or a organized mess would be better description of this store. Management has proven unprofessional and rude. Automatically accusatory in any situation as witnessed while watching interact with other customers. Cashiers prove to be distracted from immediate customer service as a result of their watching customers within the store. Sometimes cashiers and management with personal conversations a d i Interactions going on while supposedly working. Arguing has been noticed on at least two visits. The store seems just busy and messy with unnecessary drama as it appeared on each visit. Have to check my bags and receipts after each purchase or visit as things have not been placed within my bag during checkout especially while so much is occurring. Previously two items weren't within my bag once I made it to my destination. While trying to check the bags the next customer was being started which left very little comfort /privacy to check and put away card. ( rude) The conversation with management was all but customer friendly when I called inquiring on the two items paid for but not within my bags. I was all but directly accused of lying about merchandise I purchased. With no help or resolution at all. As I asked, for resolution I was told I had them and hung up on very rudely and abruptly. With such drama and the unprofessional behavior of workers and management my decision was easy no more stops at this store. Instead, either the General Dollar just up the same road or wait till I get closer to my home to pick up anything. Later, I have seen other acts of unprofessionalism seen on the news WJBF on the same store and .management having petty squabbles with an ex employer who stopped to shop their after giving proper notice as news story noted. Banning without corporate or proper procedures conducted as noted within news storyline. This made me realize that it was definitely best that I continue to avoid stopping to shop at this store whenever in that part of Augusta. Corporate should look into this store. When the older gentleman was in management the store seemed better kn all ways."
