"They were open for walk ins when all other vets were booked for the day and week. My poor baby had a UTI. We waited 10 minutes, probably less than that, and out the door within 20 minutes. The doctors expertise showed with the way he handled my pet. The office is a little small, but with how short my wait time was it didn't matter. I definitely will bring my other pets in when it's time to update their vaccines. Photo is of my poor baby cat."

"While I have not had a bad experience at this veterinary office, apparently someone did and used my Google account to leave a not great review. I was mot aware of this review until I called in to the office to pick up medication. Dr Jeffcoat got on the phone with me about it. I tried talking to him about the review and explain how my phone had been stolen and had several issues from the one who took my phone including having to change checking accounts and deleting social media for a time. But his rude words over talked me and he wouldn’t even listen to me. His last word to me was I should go somewhere and rot. No respect. I forgive your rudeness Dr Jeffcoat. There is no way I could write a review like that and continue to do business with you like I have over the last 3-5 years. But tomorrow is a different day and like you said “I will survive.” Apparently Dr Jeffcoats parents taught him no respect. He talked to me like I was a piece of trash. He was yelling over the phone like someone gone crazy. Told me it would cost me a 100$ just to walk through his door. I’m through helping you pay for your little car. Your prices are outrageous, your office is small and you only offer limited services. I will avoid your rudeness and disrespect at all cost."

"From initially scheduling to bringing our kitten back to get stitches removed everyone here was very professional very kind and it felt like a really close-knit veterinarians office! We drove from Aiken to them because every other office I talked to seemed as though I was a bother. So thankful for the sweet people here! We will continue to bring our animals here."

"Dr Jeffcoat is the nearest vet to where I live. I'm pretty sure there are comments about the size of the building being so tiny but other than that it ain't so bad. The business hours can be a little off sometimes though."
