"Next month would make 1 year I’ve been living in Helios. I can’t wait to move! These pictures is a recap of what my 11 months looked liked. Yes I said 11 months because next month hasn’t even gotten here yet and I’m STILL having problems! New management is so hard to get a hold of, but they make time to drop notes off at doors. My bedroom door has fell off the latch twice and the second time I just left it hanging there. The apartments are patched up & they did not take their time fixing them. The roaches are ridiculous, they should be helping the tenants pay rent as well how bad they are!!! The price for these apartments are not worth it! Oh I also had to clean the mold myself, no one ever came to clean it when I called the office 3 times. The size of this rat that was in my cousins apartment was CRAZY as well! No one came to get it, she had to call neighbors out to help. UPDATE ‼️ Still waiting on my apartment to be bombed from roaches! Please be aware of the FAKE REVIEWS THEY ARE WRITING!!! Half of the accounts I see making reviews I HAVE NEVER SEEN THESE PPL around the neighborhood!!!"
"The move in process was very easy going. Amanda was very helpful! What ever issues that I had with my unit the office sent someone to resolve it within a timely manner. Literally the same day. The Complex is very clean & quiet."
