"I am new in the neighborhood and had my new doctor send my script to this pharmacy. Thankfully I called ahead to see if they had it ready today. I was put on hold and then I was asked of I was new and I said yes. They said they couldn’t fill my script and left it at that. Huh? I said would it come this weekend. She said never. And said I could pick up my script and go somewhere else. Left me hanging it was never made clear. What exactly was the issue? Horrible. Avoid this spot. Waste of time. Bad communication"
"They need a new pharmacy assistant. Assistants are very rude to answer phone calls. The pharmacy team lacks confidence. Taking a prescription does not guarantee that you are receiving medication. Poor knowledge of working procedures. Lack of order in the system. Worst pharmacy !!!!!!!!!!"
