"I'm outside waiting for the pharmacy to open. It should have opened at 10am and it's 1013am. I'm a differently abled person in a power wheel chair. My UPS package was delivered here without my consent. The store opened while I was writing this review. The person apologized for being late and was very helpful when he arrived."

"I went there for the 1st time for a package pick up. The man behind the counter ask me for my ID,gave it to him, then asked me if I knew if it was an envelope or box,told him I didn't know this is where it went left. He looked at me in my eyes and said" How you don't know if its a envelope or a box?" Nicely answered "I don't know" and showed him my email confirmation. This is where he started telling me why Im so angry,why I can't help him..told him Sir I just got off work I would like to get my package and go home. Can he get my package.? He then told me "well since you dont know I will have to go the long road to give you your package. At this point I expressed to him that I didn't feel safe and I wiuld like to wait outside for my package. His body language was very aggressive and the tine of his voice alarming I was alone in the store with him so I decided to wait outside. I waited 10mins and recorded the exchange he called me back in signed off and left. Horrible experience just for me to get my package."

"These people are always rude! I had 3 packages delivered there. They only gave me 2 and hung up on me when I called about the 3rd. This is the 2nd time they have been disgustingly rude to me about my packages. I don't even k.ow how they received the packages when I scheduled the delivery to the UPS STORE down the block. Only giving 1 star because I can't give ZERO"

"Hours aren’t correct. Several times I’ve been here at 10am and the pharmacy is entirely closed. Same for evening, closed well before 6pm. Doctors and Pharmacists are rarely available. According to the gentleman at the register, they are on call at local hospitals and care centers and are therefore not at the pharmacy most of them time so one has to wait with no time given of when they are coming back. What is the point of there being a pharmacy if there is nobody working? Also: when buying products, be sure to check the taxes being charged on regular items at the register. They charge 20% tax on items such as body wash ($7.35 -> $9.00). The NYC tax rate per 311 is 8.875%."
