"Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. It always takes at least 5-10 minutes to pick up a RX even if no one is in line. I've waited in line for 45 minutes before only to be told the RX isn't ready, days later. Once I went there 3 days in a row and they kept telling me it wasn't ready. They also frequently forget to give you all of your order, so you have to go back and get it. Literally just happened to me. Something that was submitted two weeks ago, but was on hold until the 4th wasn't filled when I went to go pick it up on the 6th."
"Horrible location. Management is horrible and do not lead by example. Always long long lines and no help on the sales floor. Especially this manager named Melvin. Unprofessional and wondered how he passed a drug test. Asked him for help on finding an item but seemed annoyed as if I was bothering him.Was going to come get my Covid shot but rather take my chances with cvs where they make more sense."
