"Just wanna say how lazy one of your employees is. I called for a bearing and jason answered the phone, even after looking myself to make sure the part was in stock, i gave him the part number and he immediately said “no i dont have it, and none of the other stores do either” I called the bloomingdale store, they had the part. When i got there they typed in the stock and told me rincon did have it. Needless to say ill be doing my buisiness with the bloomingdale store from now on, yall really need to weed out the lazy employees that dont wanna do their job. HORRIBLE."

Both employees actually took the time to problem solve our situation. We appreciated their empathy and time they devoted to solve our problem. This type of customer service is unheard of these days! "I can't say enough awesome things about Jason and Barbara. I just had a bad, disappointing experience with Advanced Auto Parts. So, I went to see them! They truly knew what great customer service was about.. greeted me when I walked in the door. Jason went out of his way to help me get what I needed.
