"HORRIFIC. they hire kindergarten teachers to pill count on a calendar and accuse you of being non compliant to goofy teams of young nerds who then never reach out anyway. Absolute worst customer service using a, sham call center with more goofy nerds who call any common sense micro agression. Do yourself a favor and Switch to WALGREENS. All a pharmacy is supposed to do is fill prescriptions timely as requested and shut up and stop doing too much."
"i switched pharmacies from wegmans on titus to trillium "BIG MISTAKE" i get my prescription every 30 days i called trillium today to see if my prescription was ready because my 30 days is up trillium told me it was to early that i cant fill it till 18th B. S. called wegmens they gave me the date for the last 6 monthes they wegmans filled my prescription every 30 day like clock work today would not be early, trillium they dont care about there patients, customer service sucks, there pharmacy is unethical, there were going to leave without my meds for 6 days dr cancel it sent to prescription to wegman already filled right now. Trillium is by far the worst pharmacy i ever dealt with"

"We were at Trillium Last evening 12/14/2022 and my daughter was so Sick and PMSING and The Nurse we had was FABULOUS FABULOUS FABULOUS …!!!! He said he was just filling in From Monroe Square but HE GETS 5 STARS ON PROFESSIONAL KIND SWEET LOVING AND CARING…!!!!!! We love Britney who we Just found out is leaving the AREA …!!!! With the TWO of them they could ROCK MEDICAL CARE …!!!!!!! Thanks for all you all Do…!!!!!!!!!"
"Have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. Wanted to keep it in the same place I go for my doctor appointments but trust me, going to wegmans is better. I had a dose increase of a medication and the pharmacist I spoke with on the phone for an early refill request was incredibly nasty to me and didn’t even call my insurance to verify the dose change and told me I would be paying out of pocket for my medication (that I NEED to function) Then told me to call wegmans so I could use a good RX coupon. Wegmans refilled my prescription no problem and must have called my insurance because I’m paying my usual amount. You guys sucks."
