"After a bit of a debacle and waste of time in dealing with Sole Fitness, the driver who picked up an elliptical to be returned to Sole (he delivered it as well), recommended Pacillo's Fitness Gear. I'm relieved that he did. Purchased an elliptical over the phone. Dealt with Manager Chris and within the week (four days) the elliptical was delivered, unboxed, and assembled in our basement all within an hour.
