"Love shopping in store at Kohl's but on-line ordering has been horrible. I ordered a Christmas dress for my niece while at the store just after Thanksgiving. The package arrived timely, however when I opened the package it was not the dress. It was a purple shirt. How do you mistake a red dress for a purple shirt, but send the receipt for the dress. My closest Kohl's is an hour away. They refunded my money but didn't assist with ordering the dress again which I still wanted. I'm giving them a second chance to get it right, but if it doesnt arrive before Christmas I will rethink shopping at Kohl's."

"Recently moved here from WA. state. Purchased some items online, part of the order was delivered as requested. However; one item I received an email telling me I had to pickup at the store. WHY? I ASKED MYSELF ! So I went to the store, customer service counter, and asked the same question to the store associate. Her reply was simply "Sir, I don't know why you had to come here to pickup the item, it should have been put with the other items ordered and shipped altogether". (I like to add here, the associate was very friendly, and courteous and actually had a look of bewilderment as to "why didn't they all get shipped together"?.... our first trip to this store and very pleased with the layout, selection, quantity of items, and ALL the associates, whomever we asked a question to was very helpful, and courteous to our needs. Definitely a 5* rating for this particular store (E Henrietta Rd., Rochester)..... we will be returning to this store!"
