"There’s not as much in this particular store as opposed to its competitors, like Eastview & Greece Mall. Yes, you can order online, but that defeats the purpose of going to the store. Save your energy. Whenever I come they harass & pester you until you make a decision, and they don’t stop following you around or asking if you need anything. Retailers will say that this is helpful; customers will say that this is perturbing. Now, I understand that it’s just Zumiez’ protocol or whatever, but there’s certainly workers who aren’t hovering on top of you, which is ideal. I mean especially with Covid, I prefer to browse without having to take the time to fake a smile or conversation. Just annoying here!"
