"Somehow both empty AND disorganized. There was almost nothing on the shelves to the point many were completely bare. The shelves that weren’t empty were dirty, disorganized, and haphazard. They had EVERYTHING locked up so you can’t look at anything. Even down to a SINGLE stick of eyeliner. Worst shopping experience, I was sure I was being punked."
"This store looks like a bad thift shop. I really love Ross, but this Rochester NY Ross is so depressing. The buy put all the unsold left over in this store. They should be an ashame of the quality of clothes and messing up the Ross Brand."
"Ok store. Associates just don’t care. I know you don’t have to have a public restroom, but is it really that difficult to care for your customers? I needed a restroom and was told no. As I stood there other people asked to use it, nope too bad for all of us, we just got a nonchalant attitude about it. I stopped shopping and hurried up the person I was with and left. Won’t be coming back. There are places more pleasant to spend money."
"The grand opening was October 7th. I went on the 6th and the store was open. I enjoyed my shopping experience at Ross in Rochester, NY on Chili Ave. It doesn’t compare to TJ Max or Marshals, but I found some items. The sales person said they will be getting another shipment soon, so the inventory will be more extensive."
